Hi! just wanted to say (although many of you may already know this) that Ivy reduces polution by nearly 90%...I'm currently trying to turn my city balcony into an ivy grove!

I love how easy it is to be green. If every person did just one little thing every day it would make such a big difference. Some things I do is, I make a local, organic lunch and walk to meet my boyfriend everyday. It's about 2 miles each way and that adds up over time. I ride my bike a lot too. I also always purchase organic and eco-friendly yoga gear. I know there are a lot of sites out there that have it, but my favorite is http://www.YOGAaccessories.com They are so affordable for eco-friendly and organic yoga gear. I love my Recycled Mexican Blanket and my Gaia Yoga Mat.
