  • hello! I am about 5 weeks pregnant with our second child. So far I have more energy than during the first pregnancy. I hope to maintain my yoga practice during pregnancy. Good wishes.

  • I am beginning a pre-natal yoga class in my area and am very interrested in any favorite asanas, meditations, mudras, chants, etc that anyone would like to share. I taught pre-natal while I was pregnant with my youngest son and was much more in tune with the members of my class much more so than seven years later. Your comments are very much welcomed!

  • Namaste! We are TTC. I hope I am in the right group. I would like to resume asanas which I gave up more than a year ago. My body has the tendency to generate heat easily, so I am afraid to any yoga. Will someone pls suggest/guide. Thanks

  • Greetings. I'm a dedicated yogini who is 10 weeks pregnant and looking for a practice partner. I was so sick and tired during most of the first trimester that yoga was out of the question. Now I would love a friend to talk about the practice with. I'm living in West Africa at the moment and there isn't really a yoga community.

  • Is it appropriate to continue regular gentle yoga classes during the first trimester? Are poses like cobra, upward dog, savasana, okay during that time or not? Any help would be appreciated!
