Johnathon Martin - Yoga and Happiness
- Hi. Namaste. I am a speaker, trainer & coach who likes to work especially with yogis, aspiring yogis & conscious individuals & businesses. Through yoga & select personal development techniques i help conscious people achieve greater happiness, well-being & success in all areas of their lives. If there was an opportunity to talk at one of your events or to work with you at a workshop or on a personal one-to-one basis i would be honoured. If you visit our website - www.yogaandhappiness.co.uk you can sign up for a free yoga and happiness ecourse & teleclass. In which ways could you align your life better with universal law? Exactly what do you want out of life? Whats your mission, your purpose? Which areas of your life need a little attention? If you would answer these questions & send your reply to jam@yogaandhappiness.co.uk i would be really grateful. OM Shanti.

shynon72, 4 weeks ago| FlagHello, I am new to the YJ online community and excited to have this resource of fellow teachers, students, and enthusiasts to learn from. I thought it would be fun to put together a class that honors or celebrates the sun. I know, we have sun salutation s, but beyond that... does anyone have any idea for poses, sequences, meditation s, etc that would fit with this theme? -
treehugger, 2 months ago| FlagOh, My gosh, that sounds so great!
I can't wait to hear all about it. You will love it. -
YogiLise, 2 months ago| Flag8 days to go before my 1st weekend of training!!I've got so many mixed feelings right now. I think this may be the most intense training of any kind I've ever taken since rowing, lifeguardi ng and figure skating. I hope I have the stength to make it through the 1st weekend's 21 hours of training. I'm thrilled that Mirabai Ceiba will be performing right after my 2nd class and Gurucharan Singh Khalsa will be teaching a 19 hour workshop the following weekend! I can't wait to share my experience s with you.
Good Luck to all. -
spilledwater, 2 months ago| FlagHi fifi, it is such a personal choice so good luck with whatever you decide. I've read an article stating that the community though pushing against the licensing and registry requirement, most think it will eventually be a standard for the teachers-t o-be. Since the program can be costly, maybe think about if you should invest it by going thru a program that is YA registered .
It is def. one of the most important question to ask of the program director on their stance for this issue.
Good luck.
