Hariom..Many indian young girls are doing yoga this days and because for yoga compettion many indian yoga instructoors mislead them..Hope it will change

What a beautiful young lady with truly remarkable strength, flexibility,  and focus. 

I only watched one minute, and that is enough. In sec. 45 she dislocates her shoulder and fifteen seconds later again. The only thing this reminds me of is the Mongolian circus I saw once where a contortionist folded herself down into a vase.

If you listen to  the audience you can also hear them snickering. This is not yoga this is a freak show, poor poor girl and we perpetuate that kind of thing by watching it.
