Lawn Chair Yoga
Just in time for the 4th of July Holiday, Lawn Chair Yoga. Why should people have all the fun! (This is a vamp on Suzann's Trash Can Yoga idea which I thought was very funny and smart. Who knows what we can get to do yoga next :)

2. Upward Facing Dog
3. Downward Facing Dog
4. Boat Pose
5. Shoulder Stand
6. Supported Headstand against the garden gate.

! Before I opened the blog I tought that you had discovered how to do yoga while in a chair tanning in the sun reading a magazine with ice cream in your hand or something, but the chair gave me some motivation to practice today. It must have been bored in easy pose and felt a a little more adventerou s! I wonder what it sounded like tuning in? Thanks!
