  • Very interesting. In Light on Yoga, Iyengar recommends to contract the throat and press the chin against the breast bone. Any other experiences/thoughts on the matter?

  • I have heard placing your tongue up against the roof of your mouth also helps to stabilize the muscles in your neck in shoulder stand. What is your take on this..
